Claim for lost or delayed baggage

When an airline loses or breaks some of your luggage you have the right to claim.

In order to carry out the claim, it is advisable to process the Baggage Irregularity (BIR) part before at the airport. Airning recommends doing the management before leaving the airport.

Depending on the case you have the right to greater or lesser compensation

If before embarking you have made a special statement of value to invoice you will be entitled to that amount.

Companies usually pay up to a 50 % of the value reaching up to a a maximum of 1300 €.
